May 24--Food-Borne Outbreak Investigation

David Z. McSwane, HSD, Professor and Coordinator of the Environmental Health Sciences concentration in the Department of Public Health, and Dr. Greg Steele, DrPH, MPH, an Associate Professor of Epidemiology and the MPH Epidemiology Concentration director will present case studies, information, and suggestions for food borne outbreak investigations.
